Family and matrimonial matters cover a broad range of areas, including divorce, ancillary relief (which includes division of financial assets on divorce) dissolution of civil partnerships and co-habitation issues.  We also deal with a variety of matters relating to children, including residence, contact issues, care proceedings and any other proceedings relating to children.  We have a considerable degree of experience in dealing with cases involving domestic violence and obtaining injunctions on an emergency basis.
