John Slater trained in Portsmouth before moving to London and joining a West End practice and becoming a partner.  He set up his own firm in 1982 in Wandsworth and it has developed with the present firm.  John knows the Putney and Wandsworth area extremely well, having lived in Putney for over 30 years and served on Wandsworth Council for 16 years.   He is now an Honorary Alderman of the London Borough of Wandsworth.  He specialises in civil and criminal litigation, advocacy and probate.
